To help explain the order process, we have devised three basic steps to help you choose your products and decide what input is required.
Brigade Support is set up to make ordering products from us as simple and as cost efficient as possible. Through the generosity of fellow Fire and Rescue Services and the creativity of Brigade Support, we are able to offer both pre-designed, off-the-shelf products and a new bespoke service to help you create the best and most effective marketing materials possible.
Ordering your Brigade Support promotional materials is quick and hassle-free. Simply choose your items, making a note of product types, codes and quantities, and contact us using one of the following methods. If you would like a bespoke quantity or design theme please contact us by telephone for a customised quotation or meeting, whichever you prefer.
Once approved, your order will be processed and delivered to your chosen address within the UK.
Our delivery charges are broken down into three simple categories and delivery will normally take between 7 to 10 working days*;
A. Any single minimum orders are charged at £25 flat rate. (Postage & Packing)
B. Multiple orders that require additional packing and distribution are charged at £65 flat rate.
C. On large quantity orders and heavy goods, please contact a member of the team who will provide you with a quotation.
N.B. Delivery costs are restricted to mainland UK only. For Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland, delivery falls into category C and will be by quotation.
We are very flexible regarding payment terms. As a pre-approved supplier to many UK FRS, you can benefit from our standard 28 days payment option following despatch of your goods and we will raise an invoice for your accounts department to process and settle according to these terms. Alternatively, we can raise a pro-forma invoice so that you can pay for your products with your order.
Also, and if you prefer, we accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro or Electron cards. Please note that we will not charge your card until the goods leave our facility. Alternatively, you can send us a cheque or postal order made payable to Open Door Design.
