Our extended suite of marketing materials is designed to help your Fire & Rescue Service campaign against fire safety issues and public awareness schemes within local communites.
Brigade Support is set up to make ordering products from us as simple and as cost efficient as possible. Through the generosity of fellow Fire Services and the creativity of Brigade Support, we are able to offer both pre-designed off-the-shelf products and a new bespoke service to help you create the best and most effective marketing materials possible.
To help to explain the order process, we have devised three basic steps to help you choose your products and decide what input is required.
1. Design & Artwork
- Off the shelf – this relates to products featured in the catalogue that require a simple badge and contact information change. Using the pre-designed products, we simply drop your logo and any other information in and print. This service is offered free of charge on any order.
- Basic design – this category covers any products which require some artwork input. If we re-design existing products or create new artwork this is chargeable at our standard Fire and Rescue Service preferential rate of £65 per hour. You can request a consultation with your Account Manager to discuss requirements and he/she will be able to advise on costs and processes.
- Bespoke – our dedicated design department can create any product small or large to any specification. This could include logo and brand creation, campaign planning and creative, new product design or online marketing. With any bespoke requirements, we recommend a consultation with your Account Manager who will be able to discuss the campaign in detail and produce a full proposal. All bespoke products are based on quotation and specification.
Please note that all the prices quoted in the catalogue are minimum quantities only. All products are available at any quantities and in any format and prices are available by quotation. Please send us a request and we will be more than happy to help. Discounts are available for larger quantities.
2. How To Order
Ordering your Brigade Support promotional materials is quick and hassle-free. Simply choose your items, making a note of product types, codes and quantities, then contact us using one of the following methods. If you would like a bespoke quantity or design theme please contact us by telephone for a customised quotation.
Once approved, your order will be processed and delivered to your chosen address within the UK. On delivery we will direct your invoice to the address provided on your order. Alternatively we accept payment by all major credit cards. Please mention your preferred method of payment when placing your order.
3. Delivery
Our delivery charges are broken down into three simple categories and delivery will normally take between 7 to 10 working days*;
- Any single minimum orders are charged at our £25 flat rate.
- Multiple orders that require additional packing and distribution are charged at our £65 flat rate.
- On large quantity orders and heavy goods, a quotation will be submitted separately for delivery.
N.B Delivery costs are restricted to mainland UK only. For Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland, delivery falls into category C and will be by quotation.
