How to Order

To help explain the order process, we have devised three basic steps to help you choose your products and decide what input is required.

Brigade Support is set up to make ordering products from us as simple and as cost efficient as possible. Through the generosity of fellow Fire and Rescue Services and the creativity of Brigade Support, we are able to offer both pre-designed, off-the-shelf products and a new bespoke service to help you create the best and most effective marketing materials possible.

1. Design & Artwork

  • Off the shelf – this relates to products featured in the catalogue that require a simple badge and contact information change. Using the pre-designed products, we simply drop your logo and any other information in and print. This service is offered free of charge on any order.
  • Basic design – this category covers products which require additional artwork input. Re-design of existing products or creation of new artwork is chargeable at our standard Fire and Rescue Service preferential rate. Contact a member of the Brigade Support team for guidance or advice on any specific requirements you have and we will ensure you get what you want.
  • Bespoke – our dedicated design department can create any product, small or large, to any specification. This could include logo and brand creation, campaign planning and creative, new product design or online marketing. With any bespoke requirements, we recommend a consultation with your Account Manager who will be able to discuss the campaign in detail and produce a full proposal. All bespoke products are based on quotation and specification.

2. How to Order

Ordering your Brigade Support promotional materials is quick and hassle-free. Simply choose your items, making a note of product types, codes and quantities, and contact us using one of the following methods. If you would like a bespoke quantity or design theme please contact us by telephone for a customised quotation or meeting, whichever you prefer.

  • Simply call our dedicated support team on 0113 270 1600 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist.
  • You can fax your order to 0113 270 7778 and one of our team will contact you if required to confirm availability and answer any questions you may have.
  • Alternatively please email your order to enquiries@brigadesupport.com and our team will respond promptly to your request.

Once approved, your order will be processed and delivered to your chosen address within the UK.

3. Delivery

Our delivery charges are broken down into three simple categories and delivery will normally take between 7 to 10 working days*;

A. Any single minimum orders are charged at £25 flat rate. (Postage & Packing)

B. Multiple orders that require additional packing and distribution are charged at £65 flat rate.

C. On large quantity orders and heavy goods, please contact a member of the team who will provide you with a quotation.

N.B. Delivery costs are restricted to mainland UK only. For Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland, delivery falls into category C and will be by quotation.

4. Payment Terms

We are very flexible regarding payment terms. As a pre-approved supplier to many UK FRS, you can benefit from our standard 28 days payment option following despatch of your goods and we will raise an invoice for your accounts department to process and settle according to these terms. Alternatively, we can raise a pro-forma invoice so that you can pay for your products with your order.

Also, and if you prefer, we accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro or Electron cards. Please note that we will not charge your card until the goods leave our facility. Alternatively, you can send us a cheque or postal order made payable to Open Door Design.
